I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications with a minor in Developmental Psychology from Youngstown State University. I received a Masters of Arts in Education in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Akron. While obtaining my degree I worked as an intern at Alta Behavioral Healthcare while also, working as a Peer Mentor for the Upstream Program at Alta. After graduating, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I currently do outpatient therapy, conduct school and home visits, as well as facilitate groups.

I have always been active with youth. I believe that family is the root of our society and if we provide families with the help and support they need, the children will be more successful to succeed. Alta gives me an opportunity to continue to build as a young professional and help children, adolescents, and families with any mental health needs.
