· Youngstown
· Austintown
· Boardman
· Warren/Howland
· Work in a school, Mahoning or Trumbull County
· Work in the community with families in their homes
· Like working with young ones? Work in Preschools.
· Some work may be remote
· Like diversity, pick a combination of any of the above.
Choose When You Want to Work
· Regular daytime hours (you pick; 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, etc.)
· Pick a 4-Day work week if you’d like.
· Just want to work an evening, or two, or three? Sure!
· Saturday mornings only, or with some other combination? No problem.
· Just want to work on-call? We have that too!
Choose The Type of Work You Want to Do
· Work as a Certified Functional Family Therapist (FFT); we’ll train you!
· Work as a Generalist Counselor or Social Worker with all sorts of children and families
· Work as a School-Based Mental Health Counselor
· Work as a Therapeutic Behavioral Support Staff.
· Like action! Work as a Mobile Crisis Clinician.
· Work with the “littles” as an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant.
· Like doing Groups? Build your own or we have someone to help you develop, plan and implement a group of your passion!
How Much Can I Make?
Depends! Want to be salary, part-time, or private practice fee-for service model? Here are some starting points:
Therapeutic Behavioral Support Staff: $39,000, or 18.75/hr. and up
Counselor, Social Worker, School-Based Therapist: $45,000-$60,000 and up, or $30/hr. to $50/hr.
Functional Family Therapist (FFT): $62,000.
Mobile Crisis Clinician: $50,000 and up
Early Child Mental Health Consultant: $37,000, or $17.75/hr. and up
Note: Evening and Saturday Work may pay more!
Qualifications Needed:
Therapeutic Behavioral Support Staff: Associates Degree or higher.
Counselor, FFT or Social Worker: Licensed with a Master’s Degree unless you have an LSW then Bachelor’s Degree.
School-Based Therapist: Licensed with a Master’s Degree unless you have an LSW then Bachelor’s Degree.
Mobile Crisis Clinician: Licensed with a Master’s Degree unless you have an LSW then Bachelor’s Degree.
Early Child Mental Health Consultant: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Alta Care Group is seeking a TBS Case Manager to work with children who exhibit behavioral health symptoms in the home, school, and community. The qualified candidate will be able to work collaboratively with youth, their families, and community stakeholders (School, Juvenile Court, Primary care doctor) to identify supports and develop plans that will assist youth with becoming more successful in their homes, school, and the community.
