“Raising Resilient Children” Seminar Set for May 3
YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO — As part of the Positive Parenting Program®, Alta Behavioral Healthcare will present a free seminar on Raising Resilient Children for parents of kids ages birth to 12 years old.
The event will be held Wednesday, May 3 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Kids Town, 55 Stadium Drive in Boardman. Presenting the seminar will be Marci Masters, a Master Trainer and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant for Alta Behavioral Healthcare.
At this seminar, parents can learn how to encourage positive behavior in their children while dealing with problem behavior, and how to become confident as parents.
The format for the evening is a relaxed small-group session, with video clips and other materials highlighting the subject matter. Questions and informal discussion will be encouraged.
