Intensive Home-Based Therapy program being developed

Alta Behavior Healthcare is developing an intensive home-based treatment program. The target populations for these services are children who have a need for more intense and frequent therapy to return them to their natural homes, or prevent an out of home placement. Therapists who work in this service will have a reduced caseload but meet with families several times per week and at times for a longer duration than traditional counseling. This can take place in a variety of settings including the client’s home. As clients progress, they can be “stepped down” to a more traditional behavioral health service.
