December 20th Class Explores How to Raise Competent, Confident Children

Part of Alta’s Triple P series, this FREE class will be held Thursday, December 20 from 4:30–6:00 pm at Alta Behavioral Healthcare, 711 Belmont Ave. in Youngstown.

This class can help you:

• encourage behavior you like

• deal with problem behavior

• become confident as a parent

• be realistic about parenting

• take care of yourself
